Workers of all ages can be injured at work, but young and new workers may be more at risk. Injuries can result from inadequate training, orientation, and supervision; inexperience; and lack of awareness of workplace rights and responsibilities. This course will review risks , rights and responsibilities and refusing unsafe work. -

This quick course covers awareness for shiftwork workers because safety is just as critical as it is with the day crew, but the conditions and hazards may be different. -

This quick course covers some of the dangers of working as you age and how to protect yourself. -
Conflict is to be expected in fast-paced work environments. Hundreds, sometimes even thousands of workers perform their duties inside the same facility, which can increase the likelihood of a conflict turning into large-scale instance of workplace violence. This quick course will outline some strategies on resolving conflict.
